I'm a fan of old ascii and ansi art: release/cracking/art groups from the BBS days. Ye olde days of glory of ACiD, iCE, and the demoscene. I was active then as aZtec on BBS's and on the streets as aztec81...

The original idea was to create a large and substantial gallery of the best joints from my favorite artpacks, but that goes against deviantart's policy - I should only post my own creations (also, the original authors may not agree to having their works treated in such a way).

Therefore this will function as a dump of, most importantly, any of my old ansis and asciis which I can manage to save from time's relentless clutches... (I'm afraid I've lost quite some of them ;/ ), as well as recent spastic explorations in retro computer art, occasional pencil/charcoal scribblings, and photos...

Some favs and posts will concern non-computer art.
